Hi
I'm new to this forum so a big hello to start with. I'm moving to Nagoya in just over 3 weeks time to work for Westgate. It will be my first visit to Japan and im excited if not a bit apprehensive.
I had my heart set on living in Tokyo but Westgate have placed me in Nagoya and have said at this present time there are no more vacanices in Tokyo, i think i got accepted pretty late. Does anybody here live in Nagoya? Can you give me any information on the city...good points bad points? Or if there is anybody else who works for or is soon to be working for Westgate in Nagoya would be great to hear from you.
Any info would be great.

Hey, Em!
I lived in Nagoya for six months back in '07. It doesn't have the buzz of Tokyo but had everything I needed in terms of nightlife and amenities. If you have more specific questions, please PM me.

Hi Em,
Hope things are going well in Nagoya. My husband and I enjoyed working for Westgate in Tokyo and this time round we are thinking of going to Nagoya (Aichi). We are wondering what University you are teaching at? Does Westgate have contracts with several Universities in the area? How long does it take you to get to school by train. Any information you could provide would be very helpful.
