I'm coming to Oman very soon and I need an Import Form from the dept of Agriculture. Their website is non functional and I have not been able to contact them via google.

I have everything else in order for my dog but I'm told that I need this form a copy filled out ahead of time and then the original upon arrival. So right now i just need to contact them to get the copy.

If anyone has a direct contact with them or if you are in country and can contact them I would sure be grateful.

Thanks for the infor I did contact both of these vets . Very different prices so worth checking out both about importing a pet~
