Hello.
Making the move from Korea to Barcelona in the next few months and would appreciate some info. I've heard that the economy has hit rents in the last year or so in Spain. Is this true? If so, what kind of rent are we (a couple) going to be looking at in the next month or so for a one bedroom apartment (in a semi decent area)?
Thanks. |

Thanks for the info. I did do a search of this site before posting but the information seemed a little dated. |

I was looking within the last year and would say 700-1000/month, but expect to have to upfront 3-6 months rent for a first month, deposit, agency fees, contract etc.
This is definitely the best, most reliable site on which to look:

Beware that there are a huge number of scams out there for Barcelona accommodation. If it looks too good to be true, it's not! |
