Hi everyone,

I planning on going to Guangzhou. I want to teach business English, part time. I have a BA, a TEFL certificate, and teaching experience.

(a) Is there a company that provides teachers to large companies in Guangzhou, as a benefit to their employees? I know there this type of company when I lived in Qingdao.

(b) Do you have other suggestions for me to teach English to business people, on a part time basis?

(c) Can you suggest other companies, perhaps teaching young adults?

(d) Please tell me which firms I should stay away from, i.e. poorly managed, etc.

Next questions.

(a) A company just sent me a contract to work for 22 hours per week. Is this considered part time or full time? I know there will be preparation time for each class.

(b) How difficult is it to get out of a contract? What if I don't like the company?
