Ahlia is one of the better private universities. One of its programs was recently reviewed by the Quality Assurance Authority and it was given a Confidence (higest) rating.
I cannot tell you the exact salary likely to be offered; besides, I don't know what qualifications you have or what position you are applying for. However, they range from BD 500 for a graduate degree holder to 1,500 and even higher for a professor or similar, plus an accommodations allowance and possibly a transportation/social allowance, topping up the basic salary by between BD 200 and BD 600.
