It's the Nature of Management. Shall we pool our experiences and write a book?

The Naked DOS: A Tail of EFL Management

I'd have a few tails to add to the narrative, but we'd need an overarching theory of EFL mismanagement to give it some structure and credibility. If there are any cartoonists among us, we could produce it as a Dilbertesque comic book!

Hmmm. I think we could have a few chapters:

Mismanagement and Money
Mismanagement and Power
Mismanagement and Ignorance

Wait - there are 7 Deadly Sins, right?? What more would we need Cool

Caviar - yes. Wonderful stuff to be washed down with vodka. Always have it for breakfast. Far more decadent that all you Western capitalist piggies.

Management and Buck-passing?

Delegation by any other name...

Yes, sounds like quite the uproar. In Japan at unis, we have a fairly 'light' schedule, but recently we're being asked to teach extra classes for the same pay (15 per semester now). Akin to a pay cut, or working OT for free.
