I am currently in Oaxaca researching teaching job opps.

Ive been offered a position teaching Business English in D.F. with Innovative English for 90P per hour (travelling around one region, 9 hours of work the first week, more to follow).

Any comments or advice from those in the know???

Muchas Gracias!

i'm not really in the know but 90 pesos sounds really low for mexico city. if you start there, you might want to use it as a means of recruiting private students, who you can usually charge more. that's what i would do, anyway.
suerte,
mateo

sounds about right -- you don't give your qualifications, experience, teaching level, but that would be within the acceptable range for foreign teachers who are asociados, without benefits or union membership (which as a foreigner you wouldn't qualify for anyway in most cases). You can live on that, but you'll want to keep your eyes and ears open for better opportunities.
