My understanding is that the CBC has to be either home country (within the past six months) or local if you have been living in VN. I know that there is a good thread discussing this and other requirements for WP here on this forum.
For perspective, I am an American, teaching in Thailand, who is going through some struggle to get a local police report from my most recent home city in USA so that I can work in VN later this year. I have a 2007 police report but have no hope it will work. |

The police report is time sensitive. It used to be good for 30days only but it has changed I believe to 90 days. The medical and police checks are the last documents you should get before the wp. |
