I don't see much in these posts about Al Ain Men's College....is that a good sign? Just wondering about the culture there relative to other HCT branches.

Still not much feedback I see. As NCTBA said, I will continue to take it as good news.
Any thoughts/advice on teaching all men? Never done it. Actually, most of my students at my current uni (about 80%, really) are girls. So just wondering what one could expect.

Yes, the Al-Ain crowd has been pretty quiet through the years, which means that things have been fine for most people... most of the time.
As an... older... woman, while I found the female students more fun to teach, I actually found the male students easier to handle mainly because they have reached the age where they are finally being presented with more responsibility in the family and I could use to my benefit the respect that they must show to their mothers. My one piece of advice is to avoid public confrontations with the discipline problems (if you can) and deal with them in a little talk about respect and proper public behavior in a university. Trying public shaming will not work well. The male students also tend to be lower in English skills.
