| I've seen several job postings lately that say the company uses the "PLS system". Anyone know anything about that. I tried searching, but didn't come up with anything. Their web site didn't offer much explanation about it either. Any info would be appreciated. |

I used PLS at a previous job. I found it very strict and too material-intensive. It demands a lot of at-home work from the kids, which a lot of parents hate. Also, it consists of mostly seated activities. My 5YO students seemed bored. |
