Dear khmerhit,
Do I smell a parody? Well, for what it's worth, my 2nd wife had facial plastic surgery done in Riyadh - for FREE. She was a nurse at King Khaled Eye Specialist Hospital. They flew in this hired knife from the States, and once he'd done what the hospital required, he was generous enough to do some of the nurses gratis. Hmm, at least I THINK it was gratis. If not, then ah - that was the unkindest cut of all.

parody or not, here in Kosovo one of our teachers got all his upper teeth capped, with two bridges, for 600 Euros. He TOLD me that in the states this would cost thousands and thousands. I don't know much about dental prices; I floss twice a day.

The locals tell me that a lot of Kosovars go to Germanay and Sweden and get the training, but they can't get jobs, so they come back here. HIS dentist had gotten his degree in Sweden. or was it Switzerland? I forget.

Anyway, my wife went to a gastroenterologist with a persistant tummyacche. Ten Eruos a consultation. 5 Euros for X-rays down the road at the corner x-ray market. I'm NEVER buying insurance.

So now I'm on the lookout for a Swiss-trained plastic surgeon to give me abs like 50-cent, for only 50 cents. I'll keep the board informed.

Along with the Nigerian millionaires trying to do me favours, I do get a lot of emails from people offering various treatments to enlarge my generative member. Next time I receive one I'll enquire about the cost.

I had a penile decreasment here in Japan. It would have been quite expensive as I believe it is a fairly rare operation. I was lucky though as the local sento paid half as they said my frequent visits were driving away customers.
