Things change rapidly in this country but somethings just stay the same.
It can be lonely, hot, cold and there are some good friends and places to know.
1. Whenever there is another way do not do not work for an agency.
My fav places to work
1. Muscat. decent people, good conditions
2. Sohar again decent people and conditions
3. Sur tougher living but nice friendly teachers
Friends from other colleges that are at decent schools
Ibra, good staff
nizwa quite a bit of fighting
Salala beautiful area
and a few others
The nightmare
IBRI (vicious staff who crawled out of who knows where)
beware I was there sometime ago but I have heard that it has only gotten worse. |
