It sounds like a school in Haidan(?), Beijing is interested in me. They want to know what sort of salary I expect.
I have a BA+TESOL & 4.5 years of experience in South Korea.
I'm sure a lot of this hinges on whether or not they furnish an accommodation? So, what are some ranges for with and without a room provided? |

There are good reasons not to state your desired salary during the hiring process. (YouTube video)
Have them make the first offer.
My Beijing job is 9 hrs/week for �5,000/month. Overtime is �200/hr. It includes a 2 br apt (on-campus), medical, vacation bonuses, RT airfare, and end-of-contract bonus. The typical uni job "extras". |
