I got an interview with Dilko English (the time isn't set yet).
Does anyone know anything about them? Any "harsh" working conditions I must know about? Any negatives?

| Dilko in general are crappy. Bad hourly pay which is often late. They treat their teachers like cattle as there are always tons more who will work for next to nothing. Qualifications are not necessary which mean the dross end up there. |

How bad is the pay?
How late are they in their payments?
In what specific ways do they treat their teachers like cattle? |
