Dominic-Pax,

I'm hearing some bad reports, too. It seems the director of the ELC (I'm pretty sure he's fairly new) has been making a LOT of very poor decisions and alienating many of the staff.
Some of the very best teachers are leaving.

It's amazing how much damage one jerk can do.
