Hello everyone at Dave's!

I will be off to Tokyo for my training soon and I was hoping I could get some past experiences about training with ECC. What is it like? Is it really tough? Lots of homework I heard... and do we have to wear anything special during training?

Thanks guys~ Laughing

You'll be wearing what they want you to wear during work. Dress pants and a shirt and tie for men, and business casual for women.

I wouldn't worry too much about training. Just do your best and you'll be fine. The kids training stressed me out the most. Keep in mind that it'll be easier once you're actually out there teaching your own students.

The most important thing to think about, in my opinion, is to try to be friendly and make as many friends as you can during training. Sounds obvious I know, but I saw and heard of a few cases where there were people who came over here with an I-know-way-more-than-you attitude and alienated many a potential friend.
