If not, what is their reputaion like in general?

Berlitz always makes me think of Macdonalds
They are one of the 'fast foods' of the ESL industry...some may say they are successful at what they do, but not necesarily a place you would want to work for long term, if at all.

Not the best employers. Not taken seriously by most people in the EFL game. A black mark on your cv if you are serious about a "career" in this "profession".

Berlitz is run by M Al-A, the son of M Al-Z. M Al-Z runs Al Hekma International School and Gulf University in Bahrain. If Berlitz is run anything like Al Hekma, it's guaranteed to be a bad experience there.
