Does anyone know of a blazing fast no BS email service (with an easy-to-remember address)?

I think the quality of my life will be vastly improved if I kick MSN and Yahoo's sorry sacks to the curb. I spend more time in front of my computer waiting for these ad-heavy pages to load onto Chinese servers, entering passwords again and again, and stopping more Spam than the Hoover Dam.

I'm currently trying www.seeknext.com and www.xmsg.com (seeknext is better). Still the spam manages to find me, like (WARNING: Ralph Macchio reference) Hellhounds on Blind Dog Willy Brown's Trail in the movie Crossroads.

Haven't you got something with a little...less spam in it?

3 options:

1- get a domain name, hosting and manage your own e-mail.. been doing it for 6 years and I have full control..spam is reasonable after having the same addy for so long.

2- if you speak or understand French, try to sign up for an account on caramail.fr they are pretty good!

3- keep an eye on the new google service, gmail.com it is beta tested at the moment but should be operational within a few weeks!

another option if you have it on your computer is to use Outlook to link to a Hotmail account. It saves you having to faff around with the web and you also get to save your sent mail on your computer instead of losing it in the ether as with Hotmail... unless you check their little box.
