Hello,
I read somewhere that some esl teachers in Chile buy and then rent out a flat to gain extra income. I heard that there are options like this if you have as little as 15,000 USD to invest.
Does anyone have any experience of this that they could shed some light on please? I'd be especially interested in knowing about Peru, Chile and Bolivia.
