I understand that medical services in Latin America are fairly cheap and have known some people to not get any extra coverage, but I am curious what most people teaching in South America do for medical coverage/services. I am from the United States and wouldnt mind getting only coverage for the worst case scenario such as emergency evacuation and possibly coverage for anything I would need if I had to go back to the U.S. but not too costly.

Any suggestions?

Thanks a ton!!

Justin
