'Fugacar' right?
Just take it every 3 months and flush before you look when you use the toilet for a few days.
It's the not-so-glamorous part of living in Vietnam |

Yes, buy at any pharmacy, take once every 3 months (although I took it every six). |

I take that stuff every 6 months but I don't believe I have ever had a parasite. I was tested once, for an unrelated thing, about 2 weeks before I was scheduled to take a pill, came up clean even though I eat everywhere here, streets, restaurants, friends houses, etc.
Get the flavoured one if you can. The regular tastes like wallboard, but it's only once every 6 months or so.
The "not looking" thing might be a good idea, I'm just a little too curious though. |

One of the local universities took vegetable samples from several markets in HCMC for testing. Their results showed that 100% tested positive for parasites.
If you eat the vegetables you better de-worm every 3-6 months. No big deal. |
