Two thoughts: Some Sheikh became a fanboi of the Iphone so it's OK to screw with BlackBerry or (most likely) this is a game of chicken. Once Blackberries can be monitored in the UAE the "block" will be over.

Either way, I want to know when the Iphone 4 will be available!
