Just a quick question here folks.
Does anyone know of any ways I can get involved in some type of volunteer work or community service? I live in Ibaraki, and would like to do something on the weekends near Tokyo or Tsuchiura. If you have any info, it would be much appreciated. Thanks a bunch! |

Ask city hall or your ward office. There may be an English-speaking CIR working there that could explain things better.
Join a church or community center. See what the local information office has to say. |

I thought that was something a judge gave out as a form of punishment  |
