Hello friends
I'm Majid from Iran. I'm doing my thesis in the field of TEFL. For doing my thesis I'm in need to a cognition awareness questionnaire which fortunately I could find on net. However, the version I found was a in a paper in Taiwanese language. This questionnaire has been adapted from Carell's (1989) and Lin's(2006) research. I couldn't find the original English sources, so I will greatly appreciate if anyone can translate this Taiwanese version into English for me. Here are the questionnaire in five pictures:

| Majid, relatively few of us here are fluent Chinese writers as our principal skill set. You might be more successful looking for a Chinese site. |
