Hi all
I am on a z-visa now teaching esl in shandong. The visa ends in december. After that, I want to study at a chinese university in shandong for short-term course. How does one extend or is it change to a f-visa? |

A couple of possible ways. You can either leave the country, for example Hong Kong, get the visa and return.
Or you can get a letter from the place you wish to study showing the dates then go to a local public security bureau and apply for an extension to cover this period. |

There's a specific visa, Visa X, for studying in China. |

In some places it is easy to get a x for one class a week. |
