They don't have recruiting sessions like Interlingua does, as far as I know. You can basically email your resume to them once you're here or go to a branch that will be close to where you'll be living.
If I were you, I'd start by working only part time for them until you get used to it. Either in the evenings or the mornings but not both. And remember, you'll have to work Saturdays 7am to noon.

I would prefer a small "no-name" language school. Pay rates vary widely, but some pay in the 80 peso an hour range.

Just walk into any school with "Ingles" on the front and give them your resume. Better yet, ask for an interview and hope for a job offer.
