"International school?" To my knowledge, there are many spoiled filthy rich kids there, some local and some international. Think about where they get their money from for so high tuition fees there.
Some local Unis offer much more honest work than either the K12 sharks or private companies that sell their teachers' looks. I'd rather take clean 7,000 than dirty 20,000..but that's me. When the globe turns around honesty, I'll be collecting. |

Often part of their package, so likely if comes from their company, and since most international school will only take exPat kids, it make since that the money comes from their native countries.

I am not sure what international schools you've been attending but if the overweight, cheaply dressed, post grad look is what your talking about; may not be their best selling point and with an over 32 hrs work week, cant get more honest than that...unless you consider utilizing an education and license as less than honest.
I would say anyone working for 10K or less should actually question whether this will be enough or not. I just did my books for September and my cost (and I don't live too well but have average amenities and an average night life a couple of time a month, live off campus [the only way to go is to choose housing that is not connected to your employer and negotiate for salary and not housing] so the total was 9053.30 rmb. Base cost and if I cant save at least a grand {equivalent in USD's, EUROS or BP's} a month then I wouldn't think this is a viable position. |
