From my reading of it- it looks like they changed management around again and handed rights/ownership back to 稲吉(Masaki Inayoshi) under a new company/name, Capitol Partners.
Sounds like business as usual- nothing too bleak aside from maybe this line right here [教室の閉鎖がさらに広がる可能性もある。]- which claims it's foreseeable there may be some more classrooms closed down due to this management/internal shift.
