Is there a reason why youtube is not working in VN?

Only about 45 seconds to 1:30 works, and then it freezes.

I have had the same issue with the internet archive as well. Every time I try to listen to a show to check quality before I download, it freezes at about 15 or 30 seconds. Who knows, mate.

I've had no problems with youtube. Everything internet related is working just fine, for me.

I've had no problem at home and in a cafe, but I couldn't get on it at school. Perhaps an issue with an individual ISP? Although I could get on Facebook at the school, so I would've thought whatever allowed me to get on Facebook would've allowed Youtube as well?

I have the same problem with Xhamster. I dont know what's going on, my life is in turmoil right now.

trying to watch streaming videos (various american tv shows on zshare, megavideo, etc), I've been having the same problem. It plays no problem until 1/3 to 3/4 of the way in, and then just stops. I've had problems with these sites in the past in other countries, but usually just with the speed. Vietnam is unique in the way it seems to freeze the videos mid play.

Has anyone here gotten a US-based VPN? I'm thinking about getting one, as it might solve these problems. (I'll probably post my own question a little later)

Try setting the google open DNS server that may solve your problems
