I have spent the last couple of days sending emails to various schools in Taiwan - applying for jobs - does Taiwan block or censor emails from the USA?

No, they do not.

No response, eh?

Try www.kojenenglish.com , but expect to wait more than a few days.

It is not uncommon for schools to not reply. There are far more people looking for work now than jobs to go around (full-time jobs anyway).

Actually the email are saying undeliverable - not going through at all - at least to Taiwan.

Seems like a couple recruiters are in charge of the majority of the jobs in Taiwan anyway.

Depends on the jobs. I believe recruiters handle public/private school jobs and the ones located in small towns or for small schools who can't find teachers on their own.
