Is it a good idea to exchange your cash at Narita airport?

Here is a link for the rates there:

I will be entering Japan and wanted to know if I would find a good rate at Narita. Is the rate the same there as elsewhere?

I left Japan about six months ago and exchanged at the airport. They gave me the same rate as the post office, so don' worry about it. It was the place below the departures, some kind of Forex place, not the two banks that are on the same level as the departures terminal. If you're entering I guess I'd assume they have the same set up over there. Get ready to get killed on the rate, though...

Exchanging money in the country you're entering usually gives you the better rate. Rather than just exchanging the cash, I think you get a slightly better rate if you withdraw from an international debit card, which you can do at the airport as well all around Japan. I recommend that way.

I myself have no choice. Ill have to exchange all my cash before leaving Turkey. Most banks and exchangers outside of Turkey dont carry Tukish lirae. Ill be flying with yen the whole way.
