Can anyone recommend a good website for info on living in Osaka as a non-native? I have seen many mixed accounts, some of them downright contradictory ("everyone speaks english" vs "hardly anyone speaks english") and would like to find as much info as I can.

For those living there, how do you find the language burrier? Are there many other non-Japanese in the city?

Any help is appreciated!

Most gaijin hang out in Namba or Umeda.

I'm moving there in January. I've been plenty of times to visit and I love it, it's the most laid-back, vibrant city in Japan (according to what I've experienced).
