Here is a good site. It is a Chinese site for renting places in Suzhou. You could try looking at it in goggle translate if your Chinese is lacking.

Not perfect, but will give an idea. Housing price will vary based on district. |

OP, I assume you mean Suzhou, Jiangsu. For RMB3500 a month you will be able to get a very decent place for that. |

Yeah, I was paying 1700 for a nice place on Shi Quan Jie, 3500 should get you a decent place in SIP (which is the most desirable area to live in in Suzhou). |
