Luckily, I have the advantage of certain methods to be unblocked.

How about all of you?

Issue for you, or don't care?

China is ramping up the blocking / censorship for some reason.

Getting unbearable for some of my friends.

www.veetle.com has the BBC, CNN, Fox and other news stations at times.

It's a bit choppy at times but usually pretty good.

BBC and CNN blocked in Beijing since lunchtime Thursday. As of this moment in time (Thursday, 23.55 hrs) Sky News is still available.

Something to do with a certain prize being given in N o r w ay on Friday I suspect.

Friday, 10.45am - Beijing.

BBC, CNN still blocked.

Sky News, and the websites for UK newspapers (Telegraph, Guardian, Mail etc.) are still accessible.

Yes, it is an issue with (possibly assessed) assignments.

Also, another thing to add about the world laughing at China. News stories on the BBC are probably laughing at the fact that China is blocking it. Ignoring something doesn't always make it go away. He will still get the award, and the world will know.
