Today at Salmon Days (Washington State's second biggest parade) at the food court, the Russian stand had some of the longest lines Smile.

Get lots of private students so that you are:
a) making more than 30000 and
b) will have no time to spend all that hard earned money.

Then instead of buying furniture use your money as a bed?

Also, the food is amazing! Have someone teach you to cook traditional dishes. It's certainly worth both for cost and level of deliciousness!
