| Maybe just natural turnover, I think a lot of people go home for the holidays and just don�t come back. I had already gotten notice from two teachers that they aren�t returning, plus just got an email from a third, and another won�t be back for other reasons, so out of a teaching force of 12, I am down 1/4 of my staff. But who knows, could be the job is awful, could be lots of things. Seems like an oddish time to advertise. |
