| I don't think I'm in the top half of the morality scale. But I do know the language. Why? How? I majored in print journalism, that's how. MA in EFL came later, as a necessary document. |

But, to put it simply, I think you are absolutely right, Sheikh 'n Bake. 'Concerning' should not be used as an adjective, and certainly not as you have pointed out.
And from your posts, I am very much of the opinion that you are indeed a proficient user of the language, and an educator of integrity too.
