Hi all.
I was wondering if anyone knows any rough timeframes for the Jet Programme.
I submitted an application to the Jet desk in London (it was sent by special delivery and signed for before the deadline etc), but I have not heard anything back.
I know that potential interviews times are early in the year so I was expecting to have heard by now.
Do they usually let the unsucessfull applicants know that they won't be interviewed?
Thanks.
John. |

Did you receive delivery confirmation from JET with a unique ID? The process may be different country by country, but I kept checking the website until they released the numbers of the successful applicants invited for an interview. If my number did not appear, I knew I was out at that point. |

Hi all,
Sorry I have been slightly slack with my research before I posted (I currently have a bad dose of man-flu which could explain why).
I just re-checked the UK Jet website and found the following info;
'Interviews are conducted throughout January and February. Interview invitations will be sent by post to candidates permanent and temporary addresses. A maximum of 10 days notice will be given for candidates invited to interview.
Interviews for ALTs will start in London and Edinburgh and continue throughout February.'
So I guess that I could have to wait until the end of Feb to find out.
Sorry about the unecessary question, I hope that maybe someone will find the thread usefull anyway (unlikely).
Cheers!! |
