I have a phone interview with his organization. I have no idea what to expect. I lived in Beijing and taught ESL at University Level for 1 year. I have no experience living or working in UAE. Is it good, safe comfortable nice people? Any infomation i am very appreciative.

Do a search here on this board of Sabis or Chouiefat. You will have to do a lot of reading of many many posts before you find anything positive about any of their branches in the Middle East. The only thing positive that I can say is... that they usually pay on time... and it is a foot in the door to the Middle East. But be ready to teach to the test and test and test... and do hours each day of useless paperwork. The thing that you don't do is actually teach much of anything.
And if you google them, you will find lots of "I hate Sabis" blogs. Check those out and see if you have any further questions.
