I currently work at one of the EF franchises in Indonesia. Wondering if anyone out there who has worked/is working for EF: Say you want to apply for or seek out a job at EF outside of your current franchise/group---how does this work? Do you have to re-apply all over again, as it's under different management, or would your school try to help to transfer you, or is that only if it's in a school within your franchise?

| Afraid you'd only be able to transfer to a school under the same franchise. You work for EF Surabaya for example for seven years, you move to EF Bogor, you're back at entry level. Sucks I know. |
