......Just got a microwave. Anybody know of ANY place in Ha Noi where I can buy microwave popcorn?
Went to Metro last time I was in town two weeks ago and didn't find any at all (GUESSING that they cleared the shelves of all the Tay stuff and put Viet supplies up there for Tet)!
Same with Big C in Ha Noi.....'cause I'd seen it in the past at BOTH places before.

| Citi mart... L's place... If you just put regular popcorn in a paper bag it works too. |

Great - I'll Google or ask folks for the locations of Citimart and L's Place.
I DID ONCE SEE a supermarket in VinaComm Centre that actually DID have maple syrup....think that they might have microwave popcorn also.
Yeah, a friend suggested popping it in the nuker inside a brown paper bag....providing that A) - I would not be as lazy as I am B) - I could find a brown paper bag and C) - I could find a place that sold dried popcorn kernals (last time, at Metro, I used Google translate on my phone to ask for POPCORN and they too me to a jar of fresh yellow corn off of the cob)!! |
