I've had a brilliant idea. Why not set up your own language school, hire an agent in India Pakistan and Bangladesh, charge anywhere between 3500 - 5500 per student (money up front in sterling of course), hire a few rooms somewhere, get in with UK borders and apply for accreditation with the ICM. Get 100 students plus and there's 400k for starters. Give your agent 20%. Oh and don't forget to pay your qualified teachers 15 an hour of course and expect them to set up a scheme of work with detailed lesson plans. Also get them to write exams and tell them that it's a max of 15% fail rate. Oh why bother with a photocopier students don't need paper resources. Oh yes level testing - what a waste of time have beginners in with intermediate students, saves rates on a second room.
Is this what EFL is coming to in the UK? |

Sounds like a business plan
C'mon, language teachers aren't some kind of professionals - right?
They'll be happy to do all the work for minimum wage. What better jobs could they possibly find, anyway? |
