We know we should, and most of us do, but I love the way this fella puts it.

Every Friday, when all the students have left and I'm finally left with a quiet classroom, I think about my week.
The highs, the lows, the ups, the downs....
And I want to share a 'checklist' with you that will help you think about your week and how you could have made it even better...
End Of Week Checklist - (Questions to ask yourself)
1) Have I advanced my students this week? If yes, in what areas?
2) What mistakes did I make that I can learn from and improve upon?
3) Have I done at least 1 thing each day this week that I didn't want to do, but that would help my students or myself if I did it?
4) What have I put off that needs to be tackled next?
5) What are the most important actions I need to be focusing on next week?

Have a great weekend.
Regards,

I wonder is we do this subconsciously anyway? It's a great feeling leaving a class thinking that we REALLY have achieved something. |

I think when you get to know your students as people and know why they want to learn English, there is a natural drive to want to give good classes and help them succeed. My problem is I have too many resources and really need to thin them out and not try to do everything. |

But if you spend them all how can you repeat? Or do you have a magic pocket of some kind that magically replenises? |
