Hi all,

I'm the typical dime a dozen applicant - no teaching certificates/experience, very little Japanese ability, and I will have only a B.A. in English (will graduate this May). I'm going to be applying to several Eikawas and dispatch companies, and I would really appreciate some advice on my resume. I'm not sure for instance if I should include a picture - I know that some employers ask for it, but AEON for instance just states resume (would the picture put them off?). I've posted the resume below, and I welcome all responses. Thank you very much!

Include a picture. A little research would have shown you that it is usually requested anyway. Professional attire, neutral background, head and shoulders shot.

Nix the "Objective".

State specifically where you lived abroad. Perhaps even why would be important.

Delete last 2 bullet points.
