| I got an offer from a university in Oman for 1300OR per month everything included. Is this enough to live a family life? |

Muscat? With higher rents, more bars, better shopping, you might find that 1,300 may not go so far depending on your lifestyle...flying to Dubai is more expensive than you may think as well...so forget that.
If the interior, try and get 1,400 and you can live quite well. I know teachers who put away 1,000 OMR a month and get their rent paid...very doable. |

Where is CPO Seeb? is it a part of muscat? |

Interior...anywhere in the desert besides Muscat, i.e. Nizwa, Ibra, and so on...
Seeb is a part of Muscat, airport area.
