				| What it says, not implies, is that they are not providing sponsorship, no benefits, and nothing else.  These are in country hires who have sponsorship from a spouse.  You will not be paid for any hours outside of contact hours (no prep or office hours).  ADU has a poor rep so far. |

				It is a local hire... which means hourly pay and no benefits or visa provided.  
 
 
What it implies to me is that they have no idea of what their student numbers are or will be, and thus hire to cover whoever shows up.  If the hourly pay is decent, it may be a place to pick up some extra cash.
