Hello,

Has anyone heard of Kids Academy International Pre-School based in Ekamai, Bangkok. I am applying for a position there, and I am interested to know if anyone has heard anything about them?

Ive done my best to research them, and they are listed on a lot of sites but I cant find any reviews.

Thank you

Very Happy

This schools seems to have advertised 3-4 times over the past 1-2 years which probably means that they haven't kept a teacher for more than 1 year. This is usually not a positive sign, but not always. The package looks very good, but my guess is that if they are very picky about the "look" that they want from their teachers (young British females), I would guess that they will be pretty strict on what you can wear, say, do in and out of the school.

This is all speculation though, so let us know how it goes.

Best of luck...

Hello,

Thank you for your reply. I now have a telephone interview arranged with them, so Ill let you know how that goes.

When you say that they may be strict, how so and is the norm for teaching jobs in Thailand?

Thanks.

MOD EDIT
kids turns up quite regularly. Keep an eye on the jobs. Some are notorius. BKK is a big place so keep an eye on who advertises all the time. Usual suspects. Be careful of sports events in free time/saturday work/unpaid tutoring after school hours etc. MOD EDIT
