if anyone knows the pros and cons of working for shane, you would be giving me a helping hand.

Please read the Job Information Journal that Dave has kindly compiled. You will find a lot of information on Shane there.

Check SESJ at www.scumbagsinjapan.com. SESJ is teh worst school to work at ever. If, that is, you are a real teacher and you want to get ahead. If you want to use them like they plan to use you, go there with htem and start looking from day one. DO NOT do any extra work because you will not get paid for it. Find your opwn accomodation, start looking for private students, and find work with other schools. Apart from that, they are no good for anything.
