You fell ill and spent a considerable amount of time in hospital being treated for various ailments. Poor health care and misdiagnosis exacerbated this. Eventually you went to Singapore, got properly treated and were told you now have permanent damage to your intestines and reasonable recovery is going to be slow. So, you directly fly back to your country of origin, deciding to put your health above your contract, thus breaking the contract. Your school is miffed and instead of letting your friends pack up and send your stuff to you, and sell your motor bike for you, they decide they want to sell your stuff. You are back in your country so can't physically stop them.
They also don't want to give you your last month's salary (Which they had already drastically cut because you were in hospital) or your airfare reimbursement. They want you to pay all the breaking contract fees (cost of the kitas, foreign worker tax, all the money they spent sending you to Singapore to collect your visa etc) and want to sell your stuff to put the proceeds towards this.
What would you do? (Luckily this isn't me, but unfortunately it is my ex-colleague...) Is long term health problem not reasonable grounds for breaking a contract? It doesn't specify in the contract. And do they have the right to start selling someone else's stuff, regardless?

Drama, drama, drama....

If they are really asking for all of the things you mention I would just forget about them and move on. Is your friend planning to go back to Indonesia? Sounds like he/she will not get a good reference anyway. If they can't be understanding about a serious illness then tell them to get stuffed.

Is this an EF by any chance? I remember a guy whose father died few years ago-he was almost at the end of his contract, the mighty Swara insisted that he either stay [and miss the funeral] or pay them shed loads of cash to finish early......
