Got this e-mail. Incredibly amateurish. Most of the scams are more sophisticated than this.

Who Can Work And Live In UK.

I think this is a genuine offer.
The guy's name is Dr Nicholas Bell. Maybe he's the guy who owns Bell Educational Trust?
He does appear to be a CAPITAL FELLOW.
